WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE?

You will focus on helping to accelerate the delivery of strategic and commercial Services initiatives across the estate by driving projects forward at pace, identifying and sourcing new revenue generating opportunities and ensuring a structured approach to operational excellence

This role will increase departmental capacity taking more initiatives from concept to implementation faster and more effectively within a highly successful and rapidly growing area of the business

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Take ownership of allocated strategic projects from concept through to rollout

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Ops, IT, Marketing, Finance, Suppliers)

  • Deliver post-implementation reviews and performance tracking

  • Proactively identify new service revenue streams aligned to store capability

  • Create structured rollout frameworks for new services

  • Research market trends across all print and services led industries to assist with identifying new opportunities

  • Engage with potential suppliers and partners

  • Build financial models for new services

  • Track KPIs across services (sales, margin, attachment rates, productivity)

  • Identify underperformance and recommend corrective action

  • Support incentive schemes and performance-driving initiatives

  • Prepare review documentation and business cases

 

WHAT WOULD WE LIKE TO SEE IN YOU?

  • Experience in project management, commercial development or business development

  • A go-getter who brings passion, urgency, purpose and energy to everything they do, with the resilience and ownership to see projects through from start to finish

  • Strong commercial acumen (margin modelling, ROI, payback analysis)

  • Proven ability to drive small to medium sized projects across multiple stakeholders

  • Structured thinker with excellent planning capability

  • Highly organised with strong follow-through

  • Confident communicator at supplier and internal senior level

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-project environment

  • Experience managing pilot schemes and estate rollouts

  • An understanding of the retail print market (desirable)

You will be naturally proactive and outcome driven. Remaining resilient under pressure you will be highly organised and efficient in your approach to maximise the output of any task
