WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Administrator to support our team with day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing colleague records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth HR workflows, supporting HR Business Partners, and delivering excellent internal service.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Complete all new colleague’s starter processes, including relevant documentation, right to work checks, and the probation process
Update and maintain colleague records on our HR system - Fourth
Amend colleague contracts utilising HR systems & Adobe Autosign
Manage and maintain the general HR Inbox, assigning to appropriate colleague
Supporting the HR Business Partners by pulling reports to assist with identifying trends
Managing reference requests
Ensuring compliance with GDPR and Right to Work in the UK legislation
Provide general administrative support such as filing, telephone calls, scanning and emails
Support with ad-hoc projects as and when required
Respond to general HR queries, directing to relevant policies and procedures where appropriate
Escalate issues/concerns to HR Business Partners

Desirable but not essential
Previous experience in HR, or administrative support.
Proficient in G Suite
Experience using an HRIS system
Experience working in a retail or multi-site business
CIPD Level 3 or working towards
